What the form collects
The quote form asks for a name and a phone number, and optionally an email address, the kind of job, when it is needed, roughly where the lock is, and any details typed in. Nothing else is collected through the form.

A request is delivered by email through FormSubmit and passed to an independent local locksmith who can quote the work and call back. It is not sold, and it is not added to a mailing list.
